First, you must have your Principal or Supervisor Initial.

Then you need to check with a technician to see if it is compatible with our systems.

Next, you need to contact Teaching and Learning to make sure we don't already have a resource that is equivalent and have them initial. 

Lastly, the form will make its way to the Technology Director for Third Party Vendor Vetting and final approval or denial.
