I received my first Associate Degree from Coahoma Community College in Clarksdale, MS in Business/Office System Technology (2000), Halifax Community College in Early Childhood (2010), Ashford University Bachelors from Ashford in Organizational Management (2014), and Masters in Early Childhood also from Ashford University (2019). 

Ms. Vanessa T. Goode

My name is Vanessa T. Goode, I am a single parent of two wonderful daughters, Terriana is 19 and Maranda is 12.  My girls are my inspiration each and every day. 

I started my early childhood journey in 2009 when I started working as a daycare teacher and then was employed with CADA as a preschool teacher for ages 3-4 for two years, and on my last early childhood journey I was employed at KIPP ENC Childcare center as a preschool teacher ages 3-5. 

This is my 5th year working with Northampton County Public School, where I am currently a second grade teacher. I look forward to a successful year. I love what I do because seeing a smile on the children's faces when they are learning and having love shown to them is priceless. 

I look forward to working with each student and families to have a successful school year.
